Of course, we will not be able to address all types of questions, so we offer a full fee refund guarantee if we do not attempt to address your question and 50% refund if we attempt to address. We do offer a more comprehensive plans, if desired, for purchasing a new car, trailer, or motorhome. For these options we provide a 2-way communication link so that after the initial appointment additional questions can be addressed by email. The motorhome and RV options are higher priced as there is usually more research involved on our part in-between calls and the support period is longer.
